Mexoro Minerals Ltd. is an exploration and production company focused on mining precious metals in the traditionally mineral rich Sierra Madre region of Chihuahua, Mexico. Mining operations are through a 100% owned Mexican subsidiary which owns proven gold-silver mines for which supplemental exploration has confirmed significant additional mineral potential. The Company has also staked claims on additional attractive properties, in the Chihuahua area.

The Company's strategy is to focus operations in historical mining areas with proven production (deposits large enough to attract the interest of major mining companies) and where it can leverage previously established production infrastructure.

Current projects include:

Cieneguita - The Cieneguita Mine, located in the state of Chihuahua, has proven and probable reserves of approximately 100,000 ounces of gold. The mine was previously operated by the Mexican subsidiary of Glamis Gold. Hence an established infrastructure exists that will ease the return of the property to production.

Guazaparez – Also located in the state of Chihuahua, the Guazaparez Mines ("Guazaparez") are planned to be the second property The Company plans to enter into production. Like Cieneguita, Guazaparez is situated in a famous mining district that has historically yielded large ore deposits.

Encino Gordo - The Encino Gordo concessions, also located in the state of Chihuahua , will be explored by The Company concurrent with the exploration and production initiatives for the Guazaparez mine. Like Cieneguita and Guazaparez, the Encino Gordo property is situated in an old mining district with a significant production history.

Development and execution of the Company's business plan is encouraged by the resurgence of the market for precious metals. Primary among these is the gold market. Following two decades of decline, gold regained its historical luster amidst the long term down trend of the U.S. dollar, increased consumption in India and China, increasing terrorist attacks and global conflicts.
